A friend had set him up with a woman. They wanted to make the first date quick just to see if there was some initial chemistry. They met for a coffee date during a lunch break and after having coffee she had to go back to work.
So, he walks her to her car thinking, she is nice, I may see her again. See, he wasn't sure but he thought he'd consider calling her again.
Just to make sure it was ok with her if he called he asked,
“So, is the number that I have a good number to reach you at?”
to which she said, “yes, but it expires Wednesday”
The guy was of course puzzled and asked her what she meant by that, to which she replied that she was switching her cell phone provider and was going to get a new number.
